Where does the time go?!?!? happy Easter everyone :) enjoy time with your families!!

So a few weeks later and my little man still has little bumps on his legs from where he got his shots. He is getting pretty good at rolling over and can scoot backwards....but right now he is crying for my attention...gotta go

so i know its been almost a month but its a special day today.....my birthday!!!! I'm still jobless but loving every minute I am spending with my little man :). Ps- he has a dr appt tomorrow...with shots...

poo, poo, and more poo.....

so for a while, i though i was one of the "lucky ones".  my little man was on a pretty good poo-ing routine.  he did his business every morning soon after he woke up and he was good for the day.  boy how i miss those days!  with the introduction of solid foods into his diet, the poo flows more freely and more often now.  sometimes up to 4 times a day!!  the diaper industry is not helping either...when they are tiny and wear sizes 1 and 2, you can buy mega size boxes that come with almost 200 diapers in them!  but when you have a little fatty on your hands like i do, who wears a size 4 diaper (the same size as his almost 2 yr old cousin...) they only come in tiny little 80 something count boxes.  go figure...  i guess all the things he is learning to do everyday outweighs the increased poo diapers, but it's still not my favorite.....

my little mans new trick is shrugging his shoulders.  he just started doing it a few days ago and if you happen to be looking when he does it you can't help but laugh out loud.  he makes this little face when he does it as if all the muscles in his little upper body are connected and he can't do one without the other.  i was at the mall with my sister the other day and we were eating in the food court, and she got a glimpse of him showing off his new trick.  she shot coke out of her nose!!  im telling you, it's pretty funny!! 

he is starting to be a little wiggle worm in the bed at night. he is currently laying almost horizontally on my side of the bed and has forced me to huddle over the computer on the corner of the bed.  i have been thinking more and more about putting him to sleep in his crib at night.  im torn...i mean he sleeps pretty good through the night......but what am i going to do??  he has slept next to me everynight since he was born, i don't know if im ready...  he has his own room next to ours, it's painted cute, he has super cute jungle themed crib bedding - yet he has not spent one day in there!  it's essentially a giant room where we keep his clothes, and now have started storing all his extra junk that he has grown out of.  i know it's the right thing to do, but i don't know if i can do it....

and oh yeah, the runny nose is back........(damn texas weather!!)
